Claire & Lee – Bolton Abbey Priory Wedding Photography
I’ve been looking forward to posting Claire & Lee’s wedding on the blog for a while now. The day started at the lovely Wheatley Arms in Ilkley. The rooms there are fantastic and the light coming through the windows was just perfect….
I think Claire made a great choice that despite having a lovely home in Ilkley getting ready in a nearby Hotel really added something special to the day.
Annabel joined us on the preshoot a few weeks earlier, I’d say it paid off as she was totally at ease with Nicola and myself 🙂
Strike a pose !!!
The first look!
It’s certainly an impressive place to get married.
Then onto The Devonshire Arms…
Our plan B was to return to Bolton Abbey if the weather wasn’t so good straight after the ceremony, so we jumped back in the car and got some great shots…
I have to say the Devonshire Arms did a great job, the room looked fantastic. Helped by the fact Lee runs a company that makes fantastic wedding stationary, Absolutely Inviting I’d really recommend giving them a look if you are currently looking for wedding stationary. Their invitations in particular are amazing.
What a great day !!! We had a great time, and to top it all off the food at the Devonshire is always top notch! So a massive thanks to Claire & Lee for that 🙂
